Due to continued electrical problems, we were late arriving in Barcelona by 2 hours. We had set the alarm and were ready to take the shuttle to the ‘Hop on – hop off Bus to see particularly the Gaudi cathedral – Sagrada Familia. We weren’t able to get off the ship until almost noon instead of 9am. The process was chaos – 3 thousand people trying to get off the ship. The line up was massive- like trying to move cattle. By the time we got to the cathedral, the tickets to go inside were entirely sold out for the day!

Our only option at this point was to continue with the hop on bus around Barcelona which took about 1 1/2 hours.
